As part of GDAB Gala Lunch (in conjuction with International Guide Dog Day 2017), a live auction will be held. Items up for bidding are generously sponsored by various companies and individual, and they range from flight tickets to photography by Dr Chua Ee Kiam! Without further ado, let’s get looking at the items up for bid:

A winner of two prestigious photography competitions as well as a local and five book international awards, Dr Chua Ee Kiam is an avid photographer of nature and wildlife. He sees nature as God’s gift to man, and even has a stick insect – Neoasceles rayi – named after his baptised name, Ray, bearing testament to his love for nature. Dr Chua is a Senior Consultant with the National Dental Centre, Clinical Associate Professor with NUH and Honorary staff member of the Lee Kong Chian Museum. He has always been concerned about the constant degradation and devastation of the rainforests and coral reefs in the region.  He would like to share his vision of a better tomorrow by highlighting the beauty of the natural heritage. His focus is on the tropical rainforests and intertidal areas where he spends much of his free time. All of Dr Chua’s work are framed prior to auction.
